WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
Like all Self Storage facilities your goods are not automatically insured whilst in storage. However because of the quality of our facilities you may already be covered under your existing home or business contents policy. We meet the standards required by the big insurers so it is worth giving them a call first to check your coverage.
If you are not covered then we offer an Insurance Product specifically for our self storage and wine storage.
Please note that insurance is not compulsory but is strongly recommended.

Insurance costs start at $1.50 per month for every $1000 worth of goods, payable monthly as part of your rent. As the value of your goods increases the cost per $1000 decreases. Call or email us for an accurate quote on specific amounts. We will generally allow up to a maximum coverage of $50,000 per space but can do larger amounts on special request.
Includes Damages caused by: Fire, Lightning, Explosions, Earthquakes, Riots and Strikes, Malicious Damage, Storms, Water and Theft resulting from forcible entry. See Product Disclosure Document below for further Details.
When claiming on insurance, you will need to notify Aon Risk Services on (02) 9253 7000 as soon as possible in the event of any loss or damage. Please note that the first $100 of each claim is paid by you.
