Wine Storage at Hills Self Storage
We have the only purpose built Wine storage facility in Sydney’s North West. Our custom-built climate controlled cellar provides 24 hour security and and 7 days a week access.
Our Private Wine Lockers come in sizes that hold 8, 12, 14, 16, 24 and 28 cases of wine. Using a combination of lockers allows you to take only the amount of storage space you need and makes it easy to upsize and downsize as required.
A limited number of wine storage rooms are also available for larger collections that allow space for shelving to be set up if required.

Our wine storage facility is used by wine enthusiasts, wine collectors, wine investors and small commercial wine businesses. Many of our customers have worked out that it is not only a better environment for their wine to be stored in a wine storage facility but also that it is cheaper than running their own wine fridge. Most wine fridges also have a slight vibration in them from the motor and can be detrimental to the integrity of your wine over the long term.
The other benefit to using our wine storage facility is the added services we provide to our wine storage customers. Many customers take advantage of our delivery receipt service where you can get your wine orders sent straight to us. We will sign for it and store it in a secure area for you to come and collect and put in your wine locker when you are ready.
Our Wine Storage prices are low enough to encourage people to consider wine storage with us from all over Sydney. What can't I put into storage?
You can store almost anything you want. The only exceptions are – Hazardous and Flammable Materials, Lithium batteries, Illegal or Stolen Goods, Firearms or Explosives, Perishables or Organic Material.
Can I transfer to another space if I find out that the one I am in does not suit my needs?
Yes you can and your monthly unit rental amount will be altered to suit the size you move into.
What is the minimum time I can store with you?
1 day but we generally have a minimum charge of 1 month rent. We may reduce the minimum charge in certain circumstances. Please contact us for further information.
Can someone else access my space?
Only with written authority from the account holder will we allow someone else to access your space, so long as they also have a key.
How do I get my things to you?
You can bring them down yourself in your own vehicle, borrow our free trailer or use our Free Move-in Ute or Truck*. Alternatively, we can recommend quality and reliable local removalists to help you with your move.
Are there any extra costs?
The price you are quoted includes your storage charges and GST. You will need a padlock to secure your unit. For insurance, you may already have a home contents policy that will cover you whilst in storage. Let your insurance company know that you are storing with us and you should be covered. If not, we offer new for old protection at extremely competitive rates through StoreProtect.
How can I pay?
You can pay with Cash, Cheque, Master Card, Visa, EFTPOS, B-pay and Direct Credit. Payments can also be made in person, over the phone, via our website or by post.
