Boat & Caravan Storage
At Hills Self Storage in Galston we have outside open parking areas designated for Boat Storage, Caravan Storage, Campervan Storage, Box Trailers and Car Storage. Our entire property is surrounded by security fencing and most areas are under camera surveillance. Access is 7 days a week via PIN security gate during our reception hours. Our outside storage section has been designed to make manoeuvring in and out easy with nice wide driveways that take you in a circular direction around our facility past most of our parking bays for easy reversal into position.

Most of our Caravan Storage customers store in our wide angled parking bays that are approximately 10mx3m allowing for easy access in and out and is one of the reasons many customers choose to store their Caravan with us. Many caravan storage customers keep and pay for their storage bay all year round even when they are away as they want to be guaranteed their spot when they return. However, some customers choose to relinquish their caravan storage space when they go away for long trips and go into a casual spot on their return until a more permanent angled parking spot comes up again.
Bookings well in advance are usually required for large boats and caravans. So if you have ordered a new caravan and know when it is coming it is good to make your enquiry into storage now to guarantee yourself a spot.

Camper and Small Trailer Storage
Just like our Caravan and Boat storage Sydney we are able to store a range of trailers (Camper Trailers, Box Trailers etc) that can be towed by a car. We have many spots where a small trailer can be manoeuvred into where we can offer cheaper rates than our full caravan storage spots.

What can't I put into storage?
You can store almost anything you want. The only exceptions are – Hazardous and Flammable Materials, Lithium batteries, Illegal or Stolen Goods, Firearms or Explosives, Perishables or Organic Material.
Can I transfer to another space if I find out that the one I am in does not suit my needs?
Yes you can and your monthly unit rental amount will be altered to suit the size you move into.
What is the minimum time I can store with you?
1 day but we generally have a minimum charge of 1 month rent. We may reduce the minimum charge in certain circumstances. Please contact us for further information.
Can someone else access my space?
Only with written authority from the account holder will we allow someone else to access your space, so long as they also have a key.
How do I get my things to you?
You can bring them down yourself in your own vehicle, borrow our free trailer or use our Free Move-in Ute or Truck*. Alternatively, we can recommend quality and reliable local removalists to help you with your move.
Are there any extra costs?
The price you are quoted includes your storage charges and GST. You will need a padlock to secure your unit. For insurance, you may already have a home contents policy that will cover you whilst in storage. Let your insurance company know that you are storing with us and you should be covered. If not, we offer new for old protection at extremely competitive rates through StoreProtect.
How can I pay?
You can pay with Cash, Cheque, Master Card, Visa, EFTPOS, B-pay and Direct Credit. Payments can also be made in person, over the phone, via our website or by post.
Are you accepting deliveries?
Yes, we accept deliveries and send you an SMS when it arrives. This is offered to you as a Free Service and no responsibility is taken for short, damaged or undelivered items.
